SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our goal at ILY is to send you your goods in a timely fashion. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed on the weekends, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 

30 Day Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging in their original condition to receive a refund.

Damaged Items

If for any reason your item was damaged, or you feel that it is defective in any manner, please let us know right away so we can address the issue. Items received as defective or damaged in any way and not reported within 30 days will not be refunded. 

Incorrect Items Delivered

If your package contains items that are incorrect, please notify us immediately and we will send you the correct items as soon as possible. Orders with incorrect items delivered and not reported within 30 days will not be refunded. 

Tracking your item

All orders will be sent with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.  This will allow you to track your package enroute and notify us when you have received your package.  Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any tracking questions.

Refund Approval and Notification
Upon receipt of your return we will refund your account once the item is approved. Once approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. We are unable to issue refunds to any other payment method than the one originally used to make the purchase per our payment processor. It may take up to 7-14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
